Why i cant gift only DL2
I cant gift just DL2. There are 2 keys go together but i want dl1 for myself and dl2 to my friend

You cannot gift separate purchases, only the entire cart. For DL2 there's no way to split it, you'll have to wait until the key is available and give that to your friend.
