Escribo este correo ya que, compre el juego Rainbow Six Siege Deluxe Edition con la ayuda de mi hermano que me paso su cuenta de paypal para llevar a cabo la compra y pudimos completar la compra sin dificultades pero a la hora de darme que queria descargar el juego, me sale que debia confirmar la compra en la cuenta "[email protected]" siendo que el correo que usa mi hermano es "[email protected]" y no tenemos acceso a la cuenta hotmail antes nombrada, por lo que queria que cancelen la confirmacion de esa cuenta y que me la pidan en la cuenta gmail antes nombrada, ya que, es la que mi hermano usa, o si no, simplemente no pidan confirmacion y asi poder tener el juego lo antes posible, no busco rembolso, solo eso.

You should have access to the payment account you're paying from otherwise we may assume that the payment was unauthorised since the person to which the account belongs to did not confirm the purchase and in that case we simple cancel and refund the order to protect the account holder. If you have problems accessing your PayPal account you should edit that email address on your PayPal account - you can do that.

Hey, shoot us a mail via [email protected] and we'll see what we can do. You definitely did activate the correct version. As far as we know some may be unlocked when you reach a certain point / level or may require unlocking via renown (which should be given to you).

replyHey, that's normal it's how uplay display their titles on the launcher. I can confirm that you did purchase the correct version and the content will be available in the game.
