How do I become a Lenovo VIP?

I cannot login to Gamesplanet, what shall I do?

As soon as your password has been reset, you will be logged in to your account. For all other matters related to log in issues, please contact Gamesplanet's customer service.

I want my account removed. How can I do that?

Account removals are done by employees of Gamesplanet. Please send an email to Gamesplanet's customer service and your account will be deleted completely upon your request. To ease the process, please send your request from the registered email address.

Can I transfer money into the Gamesplanet Wallet?

As of today transferring money into the Wallet is limited to the usage of paysafecard. Once in the wallet, the button » transfer paysafe credit « will guide you through the process. Please be aware that transferred money cannot be refunded once it has been made available in the Wallet.

How can I gift a game / several games to a friend?

Prior to enabling your order, you have the option to create a gift link which you then can forward to your friend. Once the gift has been redeemed, all items of your order will be moved towards the recipient of the gift. Prices and means of payment are hidden and won't be revealed.

Why do I need to enable my purchase?

Enabling your purchase is the last step of the order process. Up until enabling your purchase, you can request a refund automatically from your account, no questions asked. Refunds can be processed to your original mean of payment (exceptions apply for non-refundable mean of payments such as paysafecard) or to your Gamesplanet Wallet. Once the order is enabled, your activation is made available for redemption.

Can I use PayPal credit to pay at Gamesplanet.com?

PayPal credit is not supported to date based on limitation set by PayPal. All other means of payment through PayPal are available, e.g. credit card, balance, bank account.

I have an Amazon Gift card or Amazon Credit, can this be used with Amazon Pay?

Both Amazon Gift cards and Amazon Credit cannot be used through Amazon Pay. These means of payment are solely available on Amazon store fronts. All available means of payment will be displayed during checkout.

The payment doesn't work, which debit/credit cards are supported?

Gamesplanet can process debit and credit cards from: MasterCard, VISA, Diners Club and American Express. All transactions are secured using 3D-Secure (known as: Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode or Amex SafeKey)

What is 3D Secure? How does it work?

3D Secure is an online security layer from credit card companies. It requires you to enter an PIN code to authenticate the transaction. The mode of operation can differ from bank to bank. Usually it works using PIN code which is made available through your mobile phone or an authentication app. 3D Secure is also known under the names: Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, Amex SafeKey.

I have a supported card, my payment can still not be processed!

Payment transactions can be interrupted by security software such as Kaspersky Internet Security. These security suits will block redirects to your bank / credit card company and thus effectively block the authentication of payments. To bypass these limitations, please whitelist the domain gamesplanet.com or disable the security software temporarily. For all other potential errors, please refer to the error message displayed during checkout.
