On my ubisoft account after claiming the game, it shows the AC4 black flag as Deluxe Edition, which isn`t the Gold Edition apparently, now i have a game i can not play, because i needed the Gold Edition to be able to play it on Ge Force Now, i would like to know why if it says its Gold Edition before i bought it, and it shows me Deluxe Edition, which is not the game i asked for, and if there is a possible way to refund it
You have the correct version, Ubisoft changed the package so this is the only SKU available now. You have everything as listed in the game itself, but packshots may not reflect the change (this is how Ubisoft handles their library).
The version sold to you is correct.

thanks for the answer, now i have to deal with ubisoft customer support, btw i bought it at a USA ubisoft account, does that affect somehow? because when i search gold edition on google it shows me results on portuguese and standard or gold , but searching on official store it shows me only deluxe or standard, so im kinda confused

No, there's no difference. Feel free to discuss with Ubisoft support if you like or email us via [email protected] if you need further support but everything is as listed on the store and should be within the game :)
