Hi there, the refund button disappeared because you went ahead and successfully activated the game. We can't refund at that point, sorry.
As for price disparity, the price is of 62.99 USD is correct. We are a US store and therefore all prices displayed are in USD. I assume you speak of different currency when you say 96 and I assume you mean AUD.
