We've found a temporary solution that worked for us. Please try this:

Add the game vie Origin webstore instead of the client: https://www.origin.com/ the download should run via Origin download.

Hi there, please try this:

1. Search Battlefield on Origin PC client
2. Click the result from "Store results", not from "Game library results"
3. Click "Try it First"
4. Beta page opens, click "Add to library"
5. Go to your game library and click Battlefield 2042 Open Beta.
6. Download!

If you are stuck on step 5, please wait for further updates. EA is having issues with pre-load from Origin, they are currently working on it and it may take couple of hours for them to solve this. We continue to monitor the situation and will provide an update on the fix once there is a reliable one or EA fixes the problem themselves.

You'll be able to activate directly onto your origin account after purchase. No key is provided as we're working directly with EA using their redemption API.
