Hey first time I am preordering off here, just was wondering when do preorder keys normally become available? Is it days before or hours or something?

Hey, depends on the game. Some may be available prior to release, while some may be available within release week. Currently keys for BIOMMUTANT are not with us, but worry not you'll have it in time for the launch of the game (or a preload if one occurs).
We're working directly with THQ Nordic so as soon as keys are sent to us you'll get yours!
