Hi, so i have bought the cold war , i have activate the game how it says on the page but i didnt revice it, i have check the transaction history i didnt get the game. What's going on?
p.s. i have restart the app too and re-install still didnt get the game.
and also check the page of the game and i dont have that " check " thing on the game. And it is the right account.

If you don't see the game it's due to sync issues on bnet side. Activision/Blizzard is aware of the issue and is working to resolve it. Should be working by now.
If not you can try the following:
1) Contact Blizzard Support and ask to "kill the cache on the BattleNet account" (This is a server-side thing, resetting Bnet files locally doesn't fix the problem),
2) Reset Bnet password. The password reset triggers a cache reset too.
Also please be aware that Beta starting times today are:
10am PT.
1pm ET.
6pm UK.
7pm CEST.
