[Help] How to fix a "Disconnected from server" error in COD BO Cold War

For example, if you receive the error message "Disconnected from server" in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, linking your Activision account to your Blizzard/Battle.net account will help to work around the problem.


The solution:

  • Visit the Activision website
  • Click on the blue Battle.net icon and create an account Already have one? Then ...
  • ... log in to your account and link your Battle.net account
  • Completely restart the Battle.net client on Windows
  • Launch Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War

i have the same problem (server disconected) i tried to enter activisoin but im already linked. i tries to ulinked it want let me. so there are somebodey that can help me pls ?

Hi I did this. It seemed to be working but i still get the same error after it says "checking game files"

That's normal, if you're stuck on that for a long time you may want to reinstall the game or check for an update.

I have reinstalled the game and scanned the game files. I have linked my activision account to battle.net
