Wesbsite need help
I need to activate my game code that I paid money for. I confirmed my email to "unlock" the game that I paid for. Can I please have the game that I paid for? Isn't that how this is supposed to work?

Hey, not sure you really need to call us a trash website. Seems you may have signed up with an incorrect email, as such nothing could be delivered. I've changed your email to match the same as PayPal and confirmed it so you can get your game.

Well I got the email for the order off the bat so obviously I didn't use an incorrect email. And I use the same email for my paypal. Finally got my game, now I can escape this dumpster fire of a website.

No you did not, you signed up with @outlook.com and we merged your account with your already existing @live.com email (which you already used to make a purchase earlier with us). No need to throw us under the bus for mistakes that were easily corrected.
When emails don't match up an unlock mail is sent to unlock the order, but that still requires the account to be confirmed manually.
