So I bought Cold War here and I downloaded it but in game it still says ''purchase'' so it won't let me pay, if I click on ''purchase'' it says that I bought already the game xd
I tried to delete the cache, update the game, log out of my account, restart the pc, synchronizing the date and hour, I don't know what to do anymore.
hi, did you try to reset your battle.net password? It will trigger a cache refresh on the server side and synch again. It should fix the issue. If it doesn't help then please contact [email protected]
