Beta + Pre-order keys are available now, the full game (for all versions) will be provided nearer release (likely when a preload occurs).

The full game will activate via Battle Net.

No, the Beta + Pre-order Bonus is given now and then nearer release the full game will be given. Hope this clears things up :)
