When Will I Get My Battle.net code?
When will I get my code to redeem my game on Battle.net it says It can be viewed after 9/17/19 and its the 24th and I still don't see it.

Hey, the full game will be delivered to you before release (likely when a preload occurs). Activision has still not sent over anything beyond the Pre-order + Beta key that you have now.
Black Ops 4 worked the same way last year, Beta was available first, then full game just before launch.
