I buy game and redeem key on 8th october. And I wait pre-load day but today I don't see pre-load button on battle.net app. what happen?

Please check the order in your account. The key you received back then was only for the Beta participation. The final activation of the game is still in your account and activation has not been performed yet.

Once you do that, you will be able to preload. Thanks!
