you guys are a scam im trying to download the game and follow the steps then you send me to blizzard customer support, come on!!!! why can you just sell the game straight up, help!!!!

I have been following all the links and steps and can still not see the game on my battle net account desktop app and now your tech support has ghosted me after they could not figure out the issue, there is nothing else I can do I still don't have the game iv wasted hours being told to try the same things over and over again to no avail then I ask for a refund you guys say NO so if it looks like a scam smells like a scam then its a scam, if you can fix the issue then I stand corrected its not a scam its just not very functional...….please help

No one has ghosted you, we'll replay to your message soon. I understand the frustration but this is only happening to a small number of users (you included).
Please stop with the scam accusation, it's activated on your account but there's a sync issue which prevents it from showing up. Most of the time it's solved by logging out and back into your Battle Net launcher.
