I got scammed and I want my money back

This site is a scam. I bought the game and I can't play it, they won't give me my money back, I've asked 3 times now, they keep offering me the same generic and useless advice that doesn't help. It has been almost 12 hours now, I just want my money back so I can buy the game from blizzard.

I doubt this comment will even show up on the discussions because my last comment didn't either. Imagine that, the entire discussions page is all people having my same issue. Imagine all the other people who's comments are shadow banned, like mine.
