loads up in battlenet says wrong account... customer service say the same things over and over refund please it doesn't wok at all I wsill never shop here again

You have to log in to BattleNet during the activation process and thus choose the Bnet account the game will be activated on. You created a brand new Bnet account to do so. Again… You did that, not us.
We don't have access to any Bnet accounts and cannot activate unless YOU indicate where. This is not a random "assign somewhere" and be gone.
We've replied to more than 25 of your emails. Please stop spreading false accusation and remain objective on what happens.
