I want refund. please

I just got this game yesterday and I've just downloaded it. but I realize the game is not running on my PC. I have tried changing my graphics drivers setting and changing a bunch of settings.
But it will never work. It keeps lagging and quitting on me with "Disc read error[5.0]: 'common_mp.ff' ". It is so choppy that it makes me sick to even try to look at. I already tried more then 100 times. Can I have a refund?
Oh, I already sent the email to [email protected] but they never answer

Ok I got the email. And he said like this
"Just now a new patch has been released to address issues with the game.
Please try updating COD:MW to see if it improves the situation for you."
So I reply for the email, but it doesn't reply back.
If you check this comment, please tell me how long for the refund. Thank you.
