Game crash while loading saved game. Please help.

I'm on "Going Dark" mission and when I was enter the game and loading saved game to continue playing, game was crash or hang up and can do nothing. I tried many times but it still the same. Now I can't play the game.

I restart the mission and it pass. Now I can continue the game. I think may be some bug of the game. Thank you for your help.
