Crashes before game even starts - request refund

Constant "dev error xxxx" messages. The furthest I've gotten is half way through the first campaign cut scene before it completely crashes and dumps to desktop. I'm running a 2080 Ti with 64 GB ram. There's no excuse for this. Very disappointed. Request refund.
