purchases from the UK or US store affect servers?
If i buy from the UK or US store does it change which server i am playing on?
cuz during mw beta i was on 5 ping and when i bought from the us store i am now i am on 140 ping!!

It doesn't matter at all where you bought your copy from. What matters though it the region setting in your BattleNet Account.
As for pings, not sure when you measured things but Blizzard had some maintenance and other server issues recently (also due to the launch madness of COD:MW). Slower connectivity times might thus be related to this as well.
