Call od Duty: Modern Warfare - Operator Edition

Why can I not access bonus content included with the Operator Edition? I am not able to use the XRK Weapons Pack, even though it shows up in the "Armory". Being new to gaming there is probably more that I am missing but the weapons pack is a big one that I have noticed. Any suggestions?
