My purchased game is not showing in the Blizzard App.

I have reached out for help from GamesPlanet but to no success, I am stuck with a game that I paid for and I can't play. I just wish I could have known how difficult it is to install a darn game, I would have never purchased..... I use Steam, Origin, Ubisoft....never never had even one issue to install a purchased game. I will never again, unless my issue is resolved, buy another game from GamesPlanet.com and NEVER use that darn Blizzard crap app. Thank you.
