Hey there – Been checking the log and it seems there's an issue with your Blizzard account. Could it be the case you're Bnet account has been registered in China? That's the only country that is not supported for activation.
Not sure this can be changed in your Bnet account by altering the country on record, as you're now outside of China.
Should that all not work, we absolutely will process a refund for you!
