Find out more about the Divisions for Call of Duty: WWII's Multiplayer

Learn more about the various multiplayer classes coming to the first person shooter game Call of Duty: WWII when it arrives on November 3rd.

Not long to wait until we head back to war with the next entry in the Call of Duty series, this year the series is taking back to WWII and will introduce a number of gameplay tweaks. While you wait for the launch, GameSpot have released a new video that details each of the multiplayer divisions coming to the game on November 3rd. The game will support 5 classes: Infantry, Airborne, Armored, Mountain and Expeditionary. Each one will come with their own perks and weapons to suit the battle, with upgrades allowing you to further expand your class. Selecting one does not lock you in to it permanently and you're free to switch to another using unlock tokens that can be acquired from leveling. Weapon leveling also returns and offers up new ways to customise your weapons with a number of specific upgrades designed for the gun of choice. For example, you can equip an extended magazine to allow you more bullets to mow down an enemy, or you can add a scope to give more range on foes.

List of Multiplayer Divisions in COD: WWII

• Infantry: They are the soldiers who live on the front lines of War, armed with a semi-automatic rifle and self-loading pistol. Infantry are well rounded in all forms of combat, but are best on offense.
• Expeditionary: Equipped with a heavy shotgun for aggressive play, they are able to get up close to enemies and dish out pain to their foes. If that wasn't enough, then the incendiary shells will be sure to heat things up in battle.
• Airborne: These troops are kitted out with a sub machine gun and optional suppressor, which gives them an edge in combat and also have smoke grenades available for use in a fight.
• Armored: Meet the heavy armored class, these guys are equipped with big weapons and are able to withstand more damage against others. Armed with a LMG and Bazooka, they make short work of anything that stands in their ways (except maybe an actual tank).
• Mountain: The last type of Soldier is the Mountain, who likes to keep their enemies at a distance using sniper rifles for accurate (but deadly) shots.
