Rumour: EA could be working on a new Command & Conquer game

Experienced game designer Greg Black has worked on many titles over his career with him being a key part of Blizzard Entertainment, and is probably best known for his work on the popular RTS StarCraft 2. Working at Blizzard he was able to bring to life some of the best elements as he worked on the Heart of the Swarm and Legacy of the Void expansions for SC2. Now he has returned to his former employer EA as he teases something new. During his original time working for EA, he was able to create titles like Command & Conquer 3, Red Alert 3 and even Battle for Middle Earth 2!

So he's definitely got expertise when it comes to creating some of the biggest RTS titles. Speaking on his Twitter he has mentioned that he has survived his first day back working with EA and "Can't wait to show you all what I'm working on." Fans have been speculating what this could mean, and many are starting to wonder if we may see another Command and Conquer game in the works or an entirely new RTS game. What do you think? Could EA be working on another C&C game or is it going to be a completely new title? It's also entirely possible that we may even see a Battle for Middle Earth 3 (we can hope). With Greg Black working on the project it's clear that whatever the game is that it's in safe hands.
