PvP shooter Concord: Early Access beta begins for pre-orders on July 12th

If you have pre-ordered PlayStation LLC's team shooter Concord™ on Gamesplanet, you are one of the lucky ones who will be able to play the Early Access Beta with friends from July 12-14th.

The Early Access Beta of Concord™ will take place on PC over the weekend from Friday 12 July to Sunday 14 July. Those who have pre-ordered the hero shooter from Gamesplanet can be the first to play and can even invite four friends. Incidentally, initial testers say that Concord™ plays like a mixture of Destiny 2 and Overwatch. That already sounds good.

Whether you have pre-ordered the Standard or the Deluxe Edition, each pre-order entitles you to five codes to participate in the Early Access Beta: one for you and four for your friends.

After the Early Access weekend for pre-orders, a second open beta will be available to everyone from Thursday 18 July to Sunday 21 July.

Like the finished game, the Early Access beta will be cross-play capable, allowing you to team up with your friends on both PS5 and PC. As with the finished game, the PC version requires a PlayStation Network account that is linked to the Steam account.

From the first beta, you will be able to test all 16 freegunners offered in the final game in Concord™, including Haymar, Vale, Lennox, U-N1C and Stellos, who are introduced in the trailer below, as well as other lesser-known Northstar crew members such as It-Z and Bazz.
In the Early Access Beta, you can study every personality, ability and fighting style in advance.

You can let off steam on four maps located on different planets. For example Glance, a hot, dry planet, Leviathan, the stormy ocean planet, or Gloom, a planet with an old observatory with narrow corridors.

The beta offers three game modes with and without respawn: Trophy Hunt, Cargo Mission and Conflict.

There will be a fifth map and an additional game mode for the open beta.
