Free-to-play Shooter Destiny 2: Launch-Trailer for the upcoming Edge of Fate release

The next major expansion for the F2P shooter Destiny 2 is almost here: The Edge of Fate launches on July 15 – but Bungie is already dropping the launch trailer.

In Destiny 2: The Edge of Fate, Guardians begin the Fate Saga by traveling to the Oort Cloud to stop a looming threat on the planetoid Kepler that could wipe out the entire solar system. Invited by the mysterious Nine, players encounter Lodi – a time-lost human – and the Aionians, a stranded colony species. As the House of Exiles and the Vex battle for dominance, Guardians awaken new paracausal powers like Matterspark and Mattermorph. But behind the scenes, it seems the Nine are pulling the strings once again – and putting everyone's fate to the ultimate test.
