Hi, I got a redeem code through the doom dark ages promo page and when I enter the redeem code it says $0 and when I try to buy it it says to log in, but when I log in the price goes back to the original price and when I enter the code again it says I already used it, is there any way to fix it?

"Woohoo – Something went really wrong here.
It's totally our fault! We could not unlock your order and need to look into this mess.
The team has been notified to clean things up and fix the issue.

And in "My Games" the Status is Failed.
