We have keys available for the Editions (and they have been going out for a few months already). Locks are the same as they were on the base game, Venezuela is included.

replyKeys for all versions will be sent nearer release, though we did ask the publisher about edition keys earlier and we're waiting for feedback.
However edition keys would be one single key as far as we know.
