Endless Legend 2: Release Date for Version 1.0 Announced

Endless Legend 2 will exit Early Access on September 17, 2026, and launch Version 1.0 with a new faction, two rogue factions, and additional content.

The Sandshapers are set to make their debut as the sixth playable major faction in Endless Legend 2. Saiadha’s oldest civilization aims to transform the planet—once covered in water—back into a desert. Included are their own quests, new units, heroes, technologies, and traits for the Custom Faction Editor.

Additionally, the update introduces two rogue factions to the game: the warlike Order of Zelevas (an offshoot of the Kin of Sheredyn) and The Severed Claw, a Necrophage variant that compensates for losses solely through enslavement. A new minor faction, the starfish-like Mangrove of Harmony—developed in collaboration with the Amplitude community—is also being added, complete with its own hero and quest line.

The turn-based 4X strategy game Endless Legend 2 is thus heading toward its full release for PC on September 17th.
