Evolve relaunches as Free 2 Play, Launch Trailer!
With news that Evolve is relaunching with a brand new Free 2 Play model it seems like they're also changing a bunch of new things to make it practically a new game. Evolve has been completely overhauled on PC with new game design, gameplay mechanics, and improved gameplay balance and system performance.
If this is the first time you're playing the game then you can enjoy the Weekly Free Character Rotation which will allow you to try out characters each week (much like Dota/Heroes of the Storm/League of Legends do their rotations). Also new to the game are Silver Keys which allow players to unlock heroes/weapons/skins as they earn new keys by playing. Returning players will get 3,000 silver keys as a thank you for supporting the game over the year which they can use on anything.
