replyThe keys are global.
replyThanks, it works. If anyone is interested in the global version and you also have PCR version, delete the PCR version from your Steam account (it's not really a deletion, as it can be restored at any time) through Steam Support before attempting to install the global version. Otherwise, Steam will download the PCR exe files with global version instead global version's exe files(stupid af lol) and attempt to install the PCR version when you try to run the global version.
replyI wish they would have this game and the other fallouts with a Bethesda key instead of steam. I can't find one anywhere.

replyHey, can you explain things a little more please. The Steam itself has stopped support for those operating systems, but games should still run. Make sure you can at least run the client first.
replyok you answered part of my question. Steam has stopped support, with no customer support from them. but others in the community may still fix bugs or add content and mods. So my question is: can it still be downloaded for PC's for the near future. from Steam or from other sites/sources?
