Farming Simulator 22: Presentation of the Farming Simulator Academy and a visit to Erlengrat
Freshmen are welcome in the field - as long as they are two-legged. GIANTS Software introduces: the Farming Simulator Academy, a tutorial series for newcomers to Farming Simulator. In addition, a video takes us to Erlengrat.
Farming Simulator 22 puts all previous farming simulators in the shade in terms of complexity. How are beginners supposed to find their way around? The Farming Simulator Academy probably won't turn you into agricultural economists - but may make damn good farmers in Farming Simulator 22. The aim of the Farming Simulator Academy is to make it as easy as possible for you to get started in the new farming simulator. To this end, a new video showcasing the Academy has been released to get people ready for the upcoming launch next week:
GIANTS Software will train you to become competent PC farmers with video and text tutorials, so that your entry into this addictive simulation will be as easy as possible. Dennis Reisdorf, GIANTS Software's Content Marketing Manager, writes:
We want to offer meaningful help that is provided by our game experts themselves. We take inexperienced farmers by the hand and guide players through the first steps on their own farm. If you think a power harrow is a Swedish metal band, you've come to the right place.
What is the Farming Simulator Academy?
With its instructions for Farming Simulator 22, the Farming Simulator Academy aims to focus especially on the problems that have been described as tricky by newcomers to virtual farming. This starts with grape harvesting or planting, and extends to animal husbandry, while also dealing with stumbling blocks that are not even perceived as such by many. Like, for example, the supposedly simple creation of scores. Step by step, the learning curve in the Farming Simulator Academy is supposed to go steeper upwards. Later lessons promise more depth, possibly even for very experienced players.
The Farming Simulator Academy is up and running and, according to GIANTS Software, more and more courses are being added. In the virtual academy you start with the basics and are confronted with the really deep game mechanics in a few weeks and months. We are looking forward to seeing how the FS Academy develops.
Snowy mountains await with the Erlengrat map
Oh look, it snowed! At least in the Erlengrat map of Farming Simulator 22. Snow-covered meadows and huts, cable cars between the mountains, the perfect idyllic landscape for hopefully happy farm animals. And when the snow has melted, the seasonal weather change in Farming Simulator 22 has struck. Because as we all know now, the new farming sim pretty much encompasses all aspects from the real world. After all, such a seasonal change also affects the yields and the necessary work on the house, farm and field.
While the last map video Haut-Beyleron took us to the south of France, thanks to Erlengrat we are going to European Alpine regions. For more variety in virtual farming. And if you can't stand Europe any more, you might feel right at home on the Elmcreek map. It has that special, unmistakable US touch.
