Freedom Wars Remastered: Launch trailer for the release - escape prison now!

Bandai Namco makes the hearts of action RPG fans beat faster: Freedom Wars Remastered is now ready for launch via Steam. The new edition brings the action-packed sci-fi battles to modern platforms in a revised form.

What to expect in the Freedom Wars remaster

The launch trailer impressively shows how players fight against gigantic Abductors in dystopian cities to earn their freedom. Players can look forward to an exciting story in which they have to fight as ‘sinners’ against the strict rules of an oppressive society in Freedom Wars Remastered in order to gain their freedom status. In their trials and missions, the sinners have a variety of futuristic weapons and special abilities at their disposal with which they can smash their opponents to pieces.

The impressive staging of the battles was already a joy back then on the PS Vita original. Combined with the dark, gripping atmosphere, which is also reflected in the trailer, the graphically improved remaster definitely whets the appetite for Freedom Wars Remastered. The trailer also shows some of the game's characters, such as ‘Sakamoto’, ‘Lilium’ and ‘Strafe’.
