Misunderstanding

I bought this key thinking it was an activation key on the Rockstar launcher for GTAV because in the title it says "GTAV: Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack", I find this a little weird since almost every platform that sells GTAV has the Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack included.

I would like to know if there is any way this could be refunded or I could receive in-store credit from here since I made the mistake of purchasing the wrong item. I would also like to mention that in the instructions on how to use this product you make it seem like it is the game and not an in-game purchase, ill leave an image here https://imgur.com/VFXRacR

There is no mention of any starter pack or in-game item here and its referring to the actual "base game" Grand Theft Auto: V.

DLC INFO: This additional content requires GRAND THEFT AUTO V: PREMIUM ONLINE EDITION in order to play.
