GTA Online - Smuggler's Run Update Coming August 29th

Ron returns in the next Grand Theft Auto Online Update launching on August 29th. Smuggler's Run will see players take on Illegal activities from the Skies to deliver valuable Cargo for rewards.

The next update for Grand Theft Auto Online is not far away, and will be heading our way on August 29th when Smuggler's Run launches. This new update will see Ron looking for a business partner to help him smuggle cargo as players take to the skies in various aircraft, while also trying to stay off the police radars they travel between Los Santos and Blaine Country. Pilot a range of planes, choppers and ultralights as you carry valuable equipment to it's destination. Try out some new customisable aircraft that can be tailored for your personal style, and store them in the new hangars that can be purchased - which can used to co-ordinate your smuggling business.

Smuggler's Run is also the name of a PS2 title that Rockstar released way back in 2000, that saw you become the member of a gang of international smugglers that would see you dodging the U.S. border patrol, CIA and cutthroat rivals to deliver illegal cargo.

It wouldn't be an update if there weren't any new Stunt Races, and Smuggler's Run will yet again feature some brand new tracks to test those skills behind the wheel on. Each track will use a special vehicle, such as the Rocket Voltic, Ruiner 2000 or the Blazer Aqua.

For the first time in GTA Online, tracks will also shift between air, sea and land as vehicles swap within the tracks as you pass various checkpoints within the race which can create an even more dynamic experience.

GTA Online - Smuggler's Run will be launching on August 29th, and will be free for all platforms for owners of GTA Online / GTA V.
