I have the Deluxe version purchased here but Steam is telling me App not Released and I have restarted Steam multiple times. Who can I speak with to see if I have the right code?

We're aware of the issue, seems Warner are having some tech issues getting the Deluxe Access going. Hopefully this will be resolved shortly. We have no control over this sadly.

We have reached out to Warner to resolve this and hope to have a response soon.

Interesting. Others on the Steam forums that have the Deluxe versions are working. I am wondering if it's bad keys sent to various stores versus people who purchased them there

I bought the deluxe edition but the code I got only gives me the normal edition

You can't see the edition in the library, there is always the standard title and packshot of the game displayed.

If you want to check the edition you go to your account details and look under "Licences and Product Key Activations". The specific edition is listed there. For buyers of the Digital Deluxe you should see "Hogwarts Legacy: Digital Deluxe Edition "

So don't worry, it's perfectly normal to only see the regular game title in the games list and on your Steam home screen.

The game Early Access haven't launched yet. It starts at 19:00 CET / 10 am PST / 1pm EST

I also bought the Deluxe Edition and is already past 1PM EST and is still not playable, I'm not sure if is an edition issue or if anyone else is experiencing the same issue?
