2025 Roadmap revealed for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

February 4th marks the beginning of a long journey through medieval Bohemia. And Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 will get even bigger in the course of 2025: Warhorse presents the roadmap for upcoming expansions.

Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 should keep you entertained for 80 to 100 hours from its release on February 4th, whereby the duration of the game will depend on the path you take, the side quests you choose and, of course, your own skills. And after that? Then sooner or later you'll continue with the content that developer Warhorse Studios will be giving you over the course of the year. The “Post Launch Roadmap” shows when the first free upgrades will arrive - and when the content from the expansion pass (also included in the KCD2 Gold Edition) will extend your adventure.

The roadmap is as delicious as a 4-season pizza, as developer Warhorse is spreading the upcoming DLC content across the different annual periods.

From horse racing and hardcore mode to learning the art of blacksmithing and captivating new quests, there's plenty for players to look forward to in Heinrich's adventure. Free new features will be available as early as spring.

Roadmap: All upcoming content for Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

- Spring: A new hardcore mode will put you to the test and provide an additional game mode for those looking for an extra challenge. With the Barber feature, you will have the opportunity to change Heinrich's appearance. The horse races, where you can also train your riding skills, are set to hold some surprises in store.

- Summer: Brushes with Death - The first content from the expansion pass follows in summer. A strange artist with a dark past enlists Heinrich's help. Unravel a web of intrigue and prepare for some dangerous encounters.

- Autumn: Legacy of the Forge: - Heinrich is confronted with his own past. The forge where it all began is to be restored and then you can perfect your skills in the art of blacksmithing while uncovering a story long thought forgotten.

- Winter: Mysteria Ecclesia - And once again intrigue and interests collide. This time at Sedletz Monastery. Heinrich acts as an investigator on a covert mission and sheds light on some secrets.

Warhorse Studios are not leaving it at that, but are also promising further “Quality of Life” improvements to Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, which will apparently be rolled out in the form of regular patches in between.
