Video: Gamers reaction to Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth
SEGA shows fans of the Yakuza series the upcoming sequel Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, which will be released on 25 January. They are visibly impressed by some of the changes.
The Yakuza series continues on 25 January 2024, but is now being renamed by SEGA to "Like a Dragon". This time, Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth not only sends you to Japan, but also to sunny Hawaii. A bit of variety in the setting can't hurt. This is also confirmed by fans who were able to experience and play the game live for the first time at an event (probably EGX).
The more varied and pleasantly colourful environment in Honolulu is not the only positive aspect. To the surprise of visitors of the stand, characters in Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth speak English and not necessarily Japanese. The mini-games are also well received once again: let off steam with karaoke in the city, deliver food (which one of the visitors to the stand compared to the classic Crazy Taxi) or play SEGA's in-house fighting game Virtua Fighter in Infinite Wealth.
