Insomniac Games set the superhero world on fire in 2018 when it launched Marvel's Spider-Man and 2 years later followed up with Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales. Now the Spider-Men have joined forces for the PC release of Marvel's Spider-Man 2, which is out today after releasing on PS5 in 2023. As with with the previous entries in the series, Nixxes are helming the port and bringing a suite of extras especially for the PC version including: Ray Tracing, Upscaling with DLSS 3, XeSS, FSR 3.1, Frame Generation, and wider resolutions such as 16:10, 21:9, 32:9, and 48:9.
Spider-Man 2 picks up 10 months after the events of Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales and our heroes are taking on new threats, with Kraven the Hunter making New York his playground. Of course he's not the only bad guy lurking as Venom is also set to play a key role in the story. It'll take a combined effort from the team to put a stop to the threats plaguing the city. Marvel's Spider-Man 2 PC System Requirements
The team at Nixxes are back again with yet another great PC port, and the requirements offer a range of hardware setups. For the very low end 720P @ 30 FPS you'll only need an Intel Core i3-8100 or AMD Ryzen 3 3100 paired with a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 / AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT. If you want to push things all the way up to Ultimate Ray Tracing at 4k 60 FPS you'll need a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 coupled with either a Intel Core i9-12900K or AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D. No matter which one you get you'll need 140 GB SSD storage.
