No there's no way to get Steam points, nor do we have a reward system at present. You'll get the key and be able to redeem on Steam.

Hello, I would like to ask two quick questions.

If I pre-order this, do I get the key instantly or when it's released?
And regarding regional stuff, it says it can be activated in my country in EU(Croatia) below the buy button, so I'm assuming there is no region restriction, but I wanted to ask just in case is it safe to order from the US one and not the European/UK one?

I don't want to get in trouble or get you guys in trouble for getting a less expensive one? (My country's monthly wage sucks and it's hard to buy games at euro converted prices and would help a lot to get it at this price ;~;)
