If you want to set off on a monster hunt with the Hope Charm Talisman and the Guild Knight Set, you should buy Monster Hunter Wilds in advance. Both bonuses are included with all editions during the pre-order phase.
The deluxe package, with armour sets and other extras, is included in both the Deluxe and the Premium Deluxe Edition. However, the Premium Edition comes with even more fine extras on top, such as the Hunter Profile Set and two cosmetic DLC packs.
