HELP - How to Fix Mortal Kombat 11 crashing after startup

With some players Mortal Kombat 11 does not run as it should and often crashes after a short time in the game. We've been looking for ways to help until NetherRealm delivers a patch to fix the problem and we found them:

Option 1

1. Go to the directory: C:\User[username]\AppData\Local\MK11. The path may vary depending on your installation directory. Alternatively: Press Windows key + R and type %appdata% into the search field. This will take you directly to the folder C:\User[username]\AppData\Roaming. After this, head to the parent folder and select "Local" to find your MK11 folder.
2. Open the file "Usersettings.ini in the "Local" folder in a text editor.
3. Places a "=off" behind the entries "RGBPeripherals" and "RGBKeyLighting". Save the file and restart the game.
