replyIt's possible that you may have a problem with the browser you are using or maybe it's related to a VPN. One error also seems to indicate not enough funds on the card (remember some cards do small fees)

replyKeys for this DLC are available now, for the actual game you'll need to wait for us to get new keys from Bandai (who are waiting for Valve to deliver keys - which we're hoping to get Monday at the earliest).

replyWe're waiting on keys from the publisher who are waiting for Steam/Valve, which we hope will be soon. When keys are added it'll be added to your account page and an email will be sent to let you know.
