Do you have the base game? You purchased the DLC so it requires ownership of the game itself in order to use. If you have any other issues email [email protected]

New keys have been ordered from Bandai and are waiting for them to send to us, which should hopefully be later today (EU time). As soon as they arrive you'll get the key added to your account page and an email will be sent to let you know when it's there.
