Hooded Horse Announces the Space Action RPG C-Beams with a Trailer

Hooded Horse and the development studio Distant Light Games have announced the new sci-fi action RPG C-Beams today. This top-down adventure sends you into a dangerous black hole system where corporations, smugglers, and adventurers battle for rare resources.

At the heart of C-Beams are physics-based spaceship battles and realistic controls for a wide variety of ships. You’ll need to master inertia, thrusters, and fuel consumption to hold your own against enemy pilots in chaotic dogfights. In addition to Gatling guns and railguns, you’ll also use the eponymous C-Beams to dismantle enemy ships from a distance.

Furthermore, you’ll encounter space stations, asteroid fields, abandoned wrecks, and dangerous space-time anomalies that hold valuable resources. Captured components and new upgrades enhance your fleet’s firepower, cargo capacity, or special abilities.
