Halloween comes to No Man's Sky with the Forsaken Update
Spooky things are happening in No Man's Sky with launch of the 7.0.1 Forsaken Update, bringing strange traders and more to the Sci-Fi Action sandbox game. See what's new in the free update - which is out now!
Halloween is just around the corner, and developer Hello Games have released yet another update for their massive Sci-Fi Sandbox game No Man's Sky. It's only been a month since they released the Cosmos Update and they're back with even more content to the 10 year old game. Best of all, the content is yet again completely free to all players and not part of some hidden microtransaction or DLC pack you have to spend money on. Whether that's new players, or those who have been around for the full journey. So what's in this 7.10 Forsaken Update?
Forsaken Traders, Unique Ship parts and much more
One of the headline features for the game is the Forsaken Traders, who are located at the outskirts of outposts in deep space. If you can track down these mysterious vendors you may be able to get by trading in certain offerings. Players will also discover strange happenings in spooky regions of space, which are home to some terrifying horrors. By harvesting these you'll gain "haunting mememtos" that you can exchange for unique corvette modules.
There's also a minimal hud feature (allowing for a streamlined experience), various halloween themed cosmetics, new ships, weapons, and much more. You can also now upload your base creations allowing for others to experience the hard work you've poured into making your creation.
The No Man's Sky Forsaken update is available now for free to everyone, if you don't have the game yet you can take advantage of our sale on the game with 67% savings for a limited time!
