Hello, I just bought the global US version of Palworld, but Steam tells me I can't install it because I'm located in France. I'm requesting a refund so I can buy the European version. Thank you for taking the necessary steps and thank you in advance.

There's no global version anymore. You can contact our team via [email protected] but I wouldn't use a VPN to bypass hard locks.

Keys are global.
Update: Since this will likely get taken out of context, keys were global at the time of comment but have since been changed.

Keys were global, they changed recently. You purchased from a US IP and they are valid for the US. If you've used a VPN that's not something we can help with.
You should always check the website region locks and avoid using a VPN.
