preorder article page disappeared

hello,

I have the game on 17. sep 2024 preorderd here because you were promised the preorderitems like the 3 preorder lanes. That's why I accepted that I pay 10 dollars more here than at another keyshop that didn't mention this so explicitly but most likely also delivers.

what has a strange aftertaste here now is when the article page on which it said that if you preorder here you get the preorder items is suddenly gone...

this is absolutely not a nice practice and looks as if they want to prevent you from referring to it and delivering later without these items ?

Please at least mention in the dashboard that the items are included otherwise you feel like you are still 1 month in the unknown what you get now.

Hi Oli,

We've taken down the product pages on request of the publisher. We were told this is temporary and we will be able to bring the products back up within a week. The pre-orders already placed aren't affected which means your copy will be delivered on time for the release in accordance with what was communicated before, meaning that you will receive the promised bonuses. No need to worry.

Since we were told this is a temporary situation to reorganize distribution we've been waiting for further info and still are. The product pages will be brought back up as soon as we have publisher's decision to do so.

Gamesplanet is an official store and that means we are bound to act in accordance with publishers will. We did not consider the need to communicate anything as it was supposed to be sorted sooner rather than later.
